College Settlement is seeking a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve more than 20 campus buildings on a large grounds in Horsham, PA. The role requires carpentry experience and the ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and landscaping as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma with 5–7 years of carpentry or labor experience.
• Experience with trim/finish carpentry, framing, painting, and roofing helps.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair 20+ buildings across the campus and outpost properties.
• Perform demolition, framing, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping.
• Ensure child-safe work areas and comply with risk management policies.
• Operate tools, handle heavy lifting, and contribute to tool maintenance.
