Job summary

Nonprofit Development Corporation (NDC) in Butler, PA is seeking a Carpenter to deliver quality craftsmanship on community housing and renovation projects. The role involves carpentry tasks, general labor, and adherence to safety standards; schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional on-call and travel to sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum 2 years carpentry or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry and general labor on residential and commercial sites.
• Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries on site.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow safety standards.
• Read blueprints and assist with project tasks per supervisor.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
