Qualifications

• 1-3 years verifiable carpentry experience preferred.
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance on scaffold or ladder.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Must comply with safety policies and communicate effectively with team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; may stand or kneel for long periods.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Measure distance and mark guidelines on working surfaces.
• Prepare, build, and install wooden structures with prefab units for bridges and walls.
• Assist with installation of awnings or metal decking for concrete slabs when needed.
• Use carpentry belt and tools to manufacture wood components.
