Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of construction experience required.
• Knowledge of operating electric and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short memos.
• Must pass pre-hire screenings.
• Basic arithmetic for measurements.
• May travel between jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and plans to determine materials and layouts.
• Prepare layouts using rulers and levels.
• Assemble, cut and fasten materials as required.
• Erect scaffolding and work at various heights.
• Verify structural trueness with plumb and level.
• Erect framework and sub-flooring.
• Construct forms and chutes for concrete pours.
