Specific Responsibilities / Job Requirements

MUST HAVE DOORS AND WINDOWS EXPERIENCE

• Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs in residential and commercial properties.
• Complete small to medium maintenance, repairs, and mid-size home improvement projects.
• Possess a strong multi-skill background. Must have and own the necessary tools for daily work.
• Deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience during home visits.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding scope of work, cost estimates, and manage expectations.
• Leave customers satisfied with your work, fostering future business opportunities.
