Multi-skilled Carpenters – Ace Handyman Services of North Kansas City seeks your expertise! We are a Kansas City-based handyman, repair, and remodeling company since 2008, providing quality craftsmanship for all repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects inside and outside homes and businesses.

We are looking for highly motivated professional Handyman or Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. Experience in general handyman work and light remodeling, including tiling & Onyx installation, is preferred.

If you want a W2 position with the flexibility of an independent job, we find and schedule the jobs for you. You provide quality craftsmanship and customer service, working from your home using your own truck or van within the Kansas City area.

Job Requirements

We seek Handymen with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and knowledge across trades such as Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, with light Plumbing and Electrical skills. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting positively with clients, colleagues, and management.

Specific Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation and home inspection experience are a plus
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks
• Own set of tools for trades listed
• Own truck or van
• Valid driver’s license
• Residence within 30 minutes of the area
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $32.00 per hour. Our skilled Craftsmen are the backbone of our high-quality, white-glove home repair and improvement services, often earning repeat and referral business from satisfied clients.
