Ideal candidates have 5 years of construction experience, the ability to read drawings, OSHA 10 and fall protection training, and the stamina to work at heights while lifting 50–100 lb materials.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• Must be able to read basic drawings.
• Training on construction safety protocols (OSHA 10, fall protection).
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50–100 lbs. 75% of the time.
• Read/write skills and the ability to work at height on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain safety handrails, hole protection, steps and ladders.
• Perform sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling and other duties as assigned.
• Experience with concrete is a plus.
