Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Carpenter to join our Operations team on a Lancaster, TX project. This full-time role requires hands-on construction experience and the ability to read basic drawings while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining safety handrails, performing sawing, nailing, measuring, and drilling, and assisting the field supervisor. Experience with concrete is a huge plus; overtime/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction experience.
• Ability to read basic drawings.
• OSHA 10, fall protection, and MEWP training.

Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain safety handrails, hole protection, steps and ladders, temporary weather enclosures.
• Sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, drilling, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Experience with concrete is a huge plus.
