Louisiana Bridge Builders in Lake Charles, LA is seeking a Carpenter (Formbuilding/Formsetting) II to support concrete formwork for bridges, foundations, walls and columns.
You will read blueprints, measure and cut materials, set and remove forms, ensure level and square, and assist with pours while maintaining safety and quality.
A minimum of 5+ years of form carpentry is required; the team values teamwork, reliability, and flexibility.
Louisiana Bridge Builders ("LBB") is designing and building the new I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge in Lake Charles, Louisiana for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD). LBB will also be responsible for the reconstruction of the interstate highway, various structures, ramps, and approaches for a 5.5 mile stretch between I-210 West End and Ryan Street.
