Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of form carpentry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assemble forms for bridges, foundations, beams, etc.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine form requirements.
• Measure and cut materials to desired specifications using hand and power tools.
• Ensure formwork is level, plumb, and square with levels and lasers.
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and fixtures in formwork.
• Remove formwork after concrete cure.
• Inspect and maintain formwork for safety and condition.
• Assist with the concrete pour process.
• Perform tasks efficiently and safely.
