Qualifications

• 4/5+ years of general carpentry experience.
• Experience with both rough and finish carpentry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to obtain a CDL (company assistance provided).
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical construction tasks.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on residential, commercial, and agricultural construction projects.
• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Perform and oversee rough and finish carpentry work.
• Ensure job site safety, quality standards, and productivity expectations are met.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, subcontractors, and team members.
• Train and mentor carpenters and laborers.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Travel to various project locations as needed.
