Qualifications

• NCCER credentials in concrete finishing, carpenter, reinforcing ironwork, rigger, scaffolding or lead‑ership.
• Minimum four years of experience as a carpenter or equivalent craft with concrete structures.
• Ability to read plans, perform layout, and place formwork and rebar to spec.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to install forms, rebar, embeds and anchor bolts.
• Construct and install built‑in‑place or prefabricated forms per specs.
• Erect forms, brace them, and install anchors and tie‑rods to maintain dimensions.
• Pour, vibrate, level, finish and patch concrete surfaces as required.
• Coordinate with crew and maintain safety on site, reporting hazards.
