Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, LLC in Springdale, AR is hiring carpenters for concrete construction to build, erect, and dismantle formwork for foundations, walls, slabs and other structures in accordance with project specs and safety standards.

The role emphasizes general labor, tool use, vertical installations, reading tape measures, and working in varied weather; applicants should have at least 12 months formwork/concrete experience and OSHA 30 card preferred; physical endurance required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Able to walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Frequent use of hand tools including power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Minimum 12 months of formwork/concrete construction experience preferred.
• 30-hour OSHA card desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Read a tape measure and assist with vertical installations and formwork operations.
• Work in varied weather conditions and maintain safety on site.
