Qualifications

• Requires physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs (1–2 person lifts with assistance).
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow specifications.
• Prefer 12 months of formwork/concrete construction experience.
• OSHA 30 Card is preferred for safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, and dismantle formwork and related structures for concrete work.
• Operate power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts as required.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on jobsite under varied weather conditions.
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and in-core installations.
• Read project specs and ensure work aligns with designs.
