Aerotek is seeking a Carpenter for contract-to-hire roles in New Berlin, WI. You will perform rough framing and finish carpentry across commercial, multi-family, and residential remodeling projects on active sites.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of steady carpentry experience, be dependable, and able to work independently while following project plans and safety rules. Onsite work, strong teamwork, and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of steady carpentry work experience required.
• Proficiency in rough carpentry including framing and structural woodwork.
• Proficiency in finish carpentry including trim and doors.
• Ability to work productively and independently following plans.
• Strong dependability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Adaptability to commercial, multi-family, and residential remodeling.
• Knowledge of basic construction site safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform rough carpentry for commercial, multi-family, and residential projects.
• Carry out finish carpentry such as trim, doors, and cabinetry.
• Read and follow project plans to complete tasks accurately.
• Work on retail build-outs, coffee shop facilities, and multi-family units.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Collaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades on-site.
