Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of carpentry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in commercial construction.
- At least 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience with steel stud framing and drywall installation
- Ability to read blueprints and layout work independently
- Experience with commercial remodels, renovations, or ground-up construction
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction methods
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Steel stud framing and wood framing
- Hang, finish, and repair drywall
- Install doors, frames, hardware, windows, and trim
- Perform rough and finish carpentry
- Interior build-outs, remodels, and tenant improvements
- Install flooring and complete punch-list work
- Read and work from blueprints and construction drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with demolition and site preparation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Work alongside other trades to keep projects on schedule
