Vertical Works Inc. - Utopian Villas - Riemer Remodel is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Builder for long-term, full-time, year-round work. You will engage in rough framing, exterior finishes, interiors, and cabinetry across residential and commercial projects, including modular builds.

You must be motivated, detail-focused, and able to learn additional construction phases while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple construction phases and willingness to learn others.
• Solid background in at least two construction phases.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Build modular homes, modular additions, golf studios, and other residential projects.
• Perform rough framing, exterior finishes, and interior finishes as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow company processes.
• Meet deadlines with attention to quality and safety.
