Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, selecting materials, building framing, installing windows/doors, using scaffolding, and maintaining energy efficiency. Safety training and team collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct projects on a planned timeline to address building needs on Loon Mountain property and housing units.
• Review blueprints and plans for materials and dimensions.
• Select lumber or materials, prepare layout, assemble, and fasten components.
• Build framing, flooring, roofing, and install window frames, doors, trim, and hardware.
• Work with scaffolding and ladders; operate lifts as required.
• Maintain building integrity for energy efficiency; update windows, doors, and insulation.
• Attend safety training; participate in safety programs and team goals.
