Qualifications

Experience

• 3 years experience in hospital maintenance or an equivalent building maintenance role. Required
• General Experience with door systems, hardware and keying systems. Preferred
• General Experience of applicable fire cords, DOH Life Safety (LS), and Joint Commission (TJC) standards, or the ability to cquire this knowledge Required
