Regions Hospital is seeking a Carpenter Assistant to support journey level carpenters in maintenance, repair, and alterations of structures and wood components. You will gain hands-on experience through on-the-job training to advance to a journey level carpenter.
The role involves assisting with carpentry work, repairing office furniture, and performing locksmith duties as needed. FTE 1.0, day shift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Required Qualifications:
(3) Years experience performing maintenance work, repairs, alterations to building equipment and support systems.
Ability to use power and hand tools including Powered table saw, radial arm saw, portable circular saw, jig, band, reciprocating, chain, miter, and saber saws. Jointer, shaper, sanders, grinders, right angle grinder, key cutting machine, drill press, portable drills, hammer drills, routers, heat gun, chop saw, and all hand tools and sign machines.
Work schedule: FTE: 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day Shift, Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
