Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking apprentices in St. Louis to assist lead Installers with the installation of custom closets, home offices, and more. No experience is required as we provide paid training and a clear path to advancement.

You'll work indoors on a weekday schedule with health benefits and a strong promotion track; tools are supplied and the team focuses on quality, safety, and efficiency. Opportunities to grow to $90k/year as a full installer exist.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good personal organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, and productive manner.
• Learn installation techniques and follow safety guidelines.
• Support the team to ensure timely, accurate, and neat installations.

Our apprentices assist lead Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle in safe manner
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
