Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking motivated Carpenter Apprentices to assist Lead Installers in installing custom closets and related systems. You will work to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while providing excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes clean communication with clients, proper use of tools, and adherence to company safety standards. This position includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Closet/garage/office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
• Operate company vehicle and tools safely.

Carpenter Apprentices assist Lead Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. They also demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion, while operating company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
