This opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong framing and general carpentry experience who enjoy working on one-of-a-kind structures. Travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled carpentry work on custom construction projects
• Read and interpret basic plans, drawings, and layouts
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to construct and assemble building components
• Work safely from ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areas
• Collaborate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of construction
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience framing decks, residential structures, or similar construction projects required
• Timber framing or specialty carpentry experience preferred but not required
• Proficient with power tools, measuring devices, and basic construction calculations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and safety standards
• Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods as needed
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Must provide basic hand tools and cordless drill/impact driver
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions year-round

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
