Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Lead Carpenter to perform carpentry and supervise crews on restoration projects, ensuring quality and on-time completion. The role requires five years of carpentry experience, good knowledge of building trades, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Compensation is $20.00–$32.00 per hour, with benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO and a 401(k) match.

• Verify the accuracy in quantity and measurement of deliveries received; determine if any deliveries are damaged.
• Notify the production manager when major problems arise.
• Keep the job-site clean and protect the customer’s property.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders.

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
