Responsibilities

• Perform finish and trim carpentry according to plans.
• Measure, cut, and install various building components.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on projects.

• Troubleshoot building components and equipment issues.
• Follow safety regulations on each worksite.
• Organize equipment within the warehouse.
• Monitor and respond to customer needs and concerns.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform finish and trim carpentry according to plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and install base and casing, windows, ceiling panels, staircases, siding, , flooring, etc.
• Design, build, and install cabinets for new and refurbished homes/offices
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed
• Collaborate with other carpenters, craftsmen, and subcontractors to complete projects
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
• Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
• Organize equipment within the warehouse
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met

• IICRC certifications preferred
• Experience with new construction and/or remodels preferred, but not required

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Exposure to chemicals
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
