Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise in Missouri is seeking an experienced carpenter to lead on restoration projects and ensure quality while meeting deadlines.

You will perform carpentry tasks, read plans, coordinate with subcontractors, and supervise crews in dynamic, customer-focused environments. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work extended hours are required; safety standards must be followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of carpentry experience.
• The ability to interact well with customers and coworkers.
• A valid driver’s license, with a good driving record, is necessary.
• Should be available for extended work hours as required.
• Good working knowledge of all building trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform the carpentry and labor to complete projects on time and within budget without sacrificing quality or customer satisfaction.
• Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Coordinate work with subcontractors.
• Verify the accuracy in quantity and measurement of deliveries received. Determine if any deliveries have been damaged.
• Notify the production manager when major problems arise. Keep the job-site clean.
• Protect the customer’s property.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,

• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
