Four Winds Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY, seeks a full-time Carpenter to handle carpentry tasks and provide general maintenance coverage as needed. The role is on-site at the Saratoga Campus with a schedule of 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, and possible after-hours coverage.

Required qualifications include three years of carpentry training (or equivalent), ability to lift 80 lbs, and a valid NYS driver’s license. On-call duties may arise during inclement weather.

We are seeking a full-time Carpenter to be responsible for all carpentry work, in addition to providing coverage of general maintenance work as necessary.

The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY

Job highlights

• Proficient in carpentry skills, tiling, laminating, drywall, taping, roofing and basic plumbing skills.
• Standing, extensive walking, able to climb a ladder, work on roofs, maneuver and work in confined areas and able to lift 80 lbs.
• Knowledge of paints, stains, solvents, sheet rocking and taping.
• Adept in the use of all painting tools and equipment, drywall repair and patching.
