Four Winds Saratoga is seeking a full-time Maintenance Health & Safety Technician with a specialty in Painting. The role is onsite at the Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY, with a daytime schedule and occasional weekend/overnight coverage.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, painting tasks, snow removal, safety coverage, and drywall repair. Benefits include 401k, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and a flexible spending plan.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Mechanical, basic plumbing, and electrical skills.
• Two years’ experience in commercial painting and ability to perform maintenance duties.

• A valid NYS driver’s license is required.

Four Winds Saratoga is seeking a full time Maintenance Health & Safety Technician with a specialty in Painting.

The job is in-person onsite at our Saratoga Campus in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Qualifications

• high school diploma
• mechanical, basic plumbing, and electrical skills
• Two years’ experience in commercial painting and ability to perform maintenance duties is required
• On-call responsibilities during inclement weather, extensive walking, climbing ladders, maneuvering and working in confined areas
• Able to lift and carry 80 lbs
• A valid NYS driver’s license is required.

The schedule is 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and overnight coverage as needed.

The pay range is $22.00/hr – $27.25/hr.
