Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handyman to perform maintenance and carpentry for homes and small commercial projects. You’ll explain work scope, manage expectations, and maintain a high standard of service that drives repeat business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ paid handyman experience.
• Own tools and insurable to drive company vehicle.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights for extended periods.
• Proficient in carpentry, bathroom/kitchen upgrades, painting, drywall, plumbing or electrical where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance, repairs and carpentry for home and commercial projects.
• Communicate with customers to explain work needed and manage scope/costs.
• Build life-long customers by delivering a great experience and following the Mr. Handyman Way.
• Document the job following processes and wear PPE during work.
