Position Summary / Career Interest

Performs all construction work from layout to completion, including demolition work and clean‑up. May be called on to perform engineering maintenance work.

Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions

• Take down existing walls, ceilings, doors, and door frames; build walls per print with studs; hang and finish sheetrock; hang vinyl wallcovering; install cove base built cabinets; build and install shelves
• Install doors; stain, varnish, and hang doors
• Install suspended ceiling grid and tile
• Read and understand blueprints and drawings
• Apply applicable codes and standards
• Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.
