What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar).
• 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a construction crew.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Maintain high standards while staying on schedule.
• Take ownership of the jobsite from start to finish.

• Above‑average pay based on experience (Hourly pay range from $25 - $30, DOE)
• Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with an occasional Saturday
