Job summary

Mr. Handyman is hiring a skilled Carpenter/Handyman to perform small to mid-size maintenance and carpentry for home and commercial properties. You will work with customers, explain scope and costs, and manage expectations to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires 8+ years of hands-on experience, ownership of tools, and the ability to lift 50 pounds, work at heights, and pass background/driving checks. A company vehicle is provided with PPE and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid handyman experience.
• Own your own tools and be prepared to use them daily.
• Insurable to drive our company vehicle and pass background/driving checks.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance, repairs and carpentry for home and commercial projects.
• Communicate with customers to explain scope and costs, managing expectations.
• Deliver exceptional service to create life-long customers and encourage reviews and repeat business.
• Self-manage on-site, document work, wear PPE and maintain the company vehicle and uniforms.
