Brasfield & Gorrie, L.L.C. in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a commercial Construction Carpenter to join our field team.

You will build rough wooden structures and forms according to sketches or blueprints, and you must follow safety protocols on-site. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at elevated heights, and provide your own basic tools such as hammer, speed square, tape measure, chalk box, pliers, and tool pouch.

Qualifications

• 3 years Commercial Construction Carpenter experience preferred.
• Ability to work at elevated heights and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must adhere to safety protocol and drug-free environment.

• Build rough wooden structures, such as vertical and horizontal concrete forms, gang forms, blocking, Johnny clamp forms, scaffolds, tunnel, bridge, or sewer supports, billboard signs, and temporary frame shelters, according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug‑free environment
• Must be able to provide own tools including, but not limited to, hammer, speed square, tape measure, chalk box, pliers, and tool pouch.
• May be required to work in outside all weather conditions
