Hay Runner is a Maine-based design-build and property care company seeking skilled Carpenters and Lead Carpenters for projects across Portland, Bath, Brunswick, Wiscasset, Damariscotta, Rockport, and surrounding areas.

• Have solid hands-on carpentry experience.

• Have reliable transportation.
• Are comfortable traveling between job sites throughout Midcoast and Southern Maine.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of residential remodeling, renovations, finish work, framing, and general construction projects.
• Travel between job sites across Midcoast and Southern Maine to support carpentry projects.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on schedule.

We're a growing design-build and property care company with projects throughout Portland, Bath, Brunswick, Wiscasset, Damariscotta, Rockport, and everywhere in between.

If you're a skilled carpenter who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a solid team doing interesting, high-quality projects, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for:

• Experienced Carpenters
• Lead Carpenters
• Finish Carpenters
• Well-rounded residential construction professionals
• Skilled carpenters who are ready to grow into leadership roles

Experience with residential remodeling, renovations, finish work, framing, and general construction is a plus.
