Hay Runner is hiring Carpenters and Lead Carpenters!

We're a growing design-build and property care company with projects throughout Portland, Bath, Brunswick, Wiscasset, Damariscotta, Rockport, and everywhere in between.

If you're a skilled carpenter who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a solid team doing interesting, high-quality projects, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for:

• Experienced Carpenters
• Lead Carpenters
• Finish Carpenters
• Well-rounded residential construction professionals
• Skilled carpenters who are ready to grow into leadership roles

Experience with residential remodeling, renovations, finish work, framing, and general construction is a plus.

YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:

• Have solid hands-on carpentry experience
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Show up on time and are dependable
• Can problem-solve when things don't go exactly as planned
• Communicate well with coworkers, project managers, and clients
• Have reliable transportation
• Are comfortable traveling between job sites throughout Midcoast and Southern Maine
