Addison Heights Health and Rehabilitation in Maumee, OH is seeking a reliable Transportation Driver to safely move residents to appointments, errands, and activities, while maintaining a compassionate, customer-focused approach.

You will keep the vehicle clean, communicate with residents and staff, and may assist with daily living tasks. Ohio STNA certification is required; wage is $18.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401k.

Qualifications

Must be a STNA in the state of Ohio.
Position may require working on the floor if no transports are needed.

Responsibilities

Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and other activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that the transportation vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure that transportation needs are met.
Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, as needed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care.
Maintain accurate records of transportation trips and resident care.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
