Qualifications

• Must be a STNA in the state of Ohio.
• Position may require working on the floor if no transports are needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and other activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that the transportation vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure that transportation needs are met.
• Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation trips and resident care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
