Qualifications

• Active STNA license in the State of Ohio.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and support needs.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy visits, and community outings.
• Assist residents with entering, exiting, and safely positioning in the vehicle.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance checks and cleanliness.
• Support residents with ADLs during transport as needed.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and resident care protocols.
• Maintain transport schedules and required documentation.
