Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dependable Driver to provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to activities and events. You will assist passengers, secure wheelchairs, and communicate with the base while maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• CDL may be required with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of safety precautions.
• Time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous transportation for residents to and from activities.
• Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip.
• Safely operate radio, cell phone or pager to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
• Maintain community vehicles in good working condition.
• Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Assist with vehicle registration and license plates renewal process.
• Inspect and document vehicle condition on a monthly and per trip basis.
