Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Laundry Aide to support residents and maintain clean laundry operations. Duties include sorting, washing, drying, and folding, and ensuring items are cared for according to fabric guidelines.

You will operate washers/dryers and label machines, inspect items for stains, and assist residents with laundry-related questions. Requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and physical stamina to stand for long

Qualifications

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and proper care instructions.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry in accordance with facility standards.
• Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and label machines.
• Inspect items for stains or damage and treat as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Assist residents with laundry-related requests or questions.
