Job summary

Guadalupe Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Seguin, TX is seeking a PRN dietary aide to support resident meals. You will assist with food preparation, serve meals, set up and pass trays, and help with dining room cleanup under supervision.

Follow safety guidelines, wash dishes, stock snack carts, and keep the kitchen clean. High school diploma preferred; Texas Food Handler Certificate required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Texas Food Handler Certificate required.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following guidelines.
• Preparing and serving beverages and passing trays for meal service.
• Stocking snack cart and bussing tables.
• Cleaning the kitchen work area and dishwashing.
• Follow handwashing guidelines and safety regulations.
• Other tasks may be assigned by CDM or Executive Director.
