Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, residents, and visitors.
• Successful completion of a state-mandated background check and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service by assisting with seating and meal selections.
• Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas, and ensure sanitation.
• Communicate proactively with residents and team members to foster positive relationships.
• Attend in-service training sessions and participate in team meetings as required.
