Beaumont Health Care in Northern Ireland is seeking a Care Assistant to join a 44 hour per week day/night rota. You will deliver personal care, support daily activities, and communicate sensitively with residents and families. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Delivering quality personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Understand resident communication needs and adapt support to individuals and families, offering confidence and reassurance.
• Team player with good communication, flexible to changing environments; previous experience not required.

Responsibilities
