Beaumont Health Care is hiring a Care Assistant to deliver quality personal care to residents, supporting daily activities and maintaining personal hygiene. No prior experience required; full training provided and a positive, caring environment.

• Understanding residents' communication needs and adapting your communication to individuals and families, offering confidence and reassurance.
• As a team player who works well with others, a natural easy communicator, patient and understanding with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
• Good observation skills, a sense of humour and a positive outlook.
• You may have no experience as a Care Assistant so we offer full training and development – you may have worked in a retail, supermarket, customer service, warehouse or other people focused environments or just returning to work.

About the role

As a Care Assistant you will be:

The working shift patterns on a rota over seven days:

8.00am - 8.00pm

8.00am - 2.00pm

2.00pm - 8.00pm

8.00pm - 8.00am
