Job summary

Ohio Living Breckenridge Village seeks a Bistro Server to support daily culinary operations and provide residents with a superior dining experience. You will assist in serving meals, delivering trays, and maintaining clean, safe kitchen and servery areas.

Qualifications include reading, writing, and speaking English and prior food service experience; alcohol serving knowledge is required. Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays is expected.

• Experience serving alcohol is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and snacks in a palatable, appetizing way and provide a dining experience for residents.
• Assist in serving meals and deliver food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and equipment; follow safety procedures.
• Participate in cleaning tasks and routine department duties as directed.
• Support special events and maintain quality assurance and infection control practices.
