Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living invites applications for a Server role at The Bungalows at Chesterfield Village in Springfield, MO. The Server provides dining and table services to residents and guests in accordance with company standards, ensuring proper setup, service, and sanitation throughout dining areas.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, with prior dining hospitality or senior living experience preferred. Must be able to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Previous dining hospitality and / or full service senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service to residents and guests.

• Clean dining rooms and handle all foods according to sanitary standards.

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
