Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience working with clients with mental health issues preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to complete within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical team to determine and select interventions.
• Engages clients in milieu activities and group settings throughout the day.
• Prompt clients on ADLs and conduct hygiene checks.
• Conducts drug screening, pregnancy tests, and breathalyzers as needed.
• Provide supervision during meals and maintain therapeutic environment.
• Interact therapeutically with clients in one-to-one, group, and community settings.
• Document services, incident reports, and shift notes in a timely manner.
