This entry-level role offers growth, with up to 50% travel to Turks & Caicos and U.S. Virgin Islands, collaborating with local managers and gaining foundational tropical fleet exposure.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of a marine, mechanical, or technical program preferred.
• 0–2+ years of hands-on experience (internship/training acceptable).
• Basic understanding of marine engines or mechanical systems.
• Exposure to outboard engines preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of 12V systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing marine engines, including inboard diesels and outboards.
• Gain hands-on exposure to brands like Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki.
• Perform preventive maintenance, fluid services, impeller replacements, and zincs.
• Troubleshoot marine electrical, bilge, and instrumentation systems.
• Coordinate parts and maintain inventory; document work in logs.
