Qualifications

• Minimum of three years cargo experience and supervisory capability.
• Experience delivering classroom instruction or OJT training is preferred.
• Knowledge of cargo, traffic office and ramp procedures.
• Ability to pass security clearance (criminal background check).
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate large equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and evaluate employee performance against standards.
• Schedule and conduct recurrent training sessions for cargo staff.
• Audit operations for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain training records per airport authority rules.
• Provide direction to quality control regarding training matters.
• Develop training materials and programs; prepare exams and reports.
• Monitor performance of cargo employees and provide feedback.
• Ensure knowledge of current cargo policies and procedures.
