Job summary

Volunteers of America Texas seeks a seasoned CARF Accreditation Specialist to lead readiness and compliance activities for a temporary engagement in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role focuses on implementing sustainable systems aligned with ASPIRE to Excellence Section 1 and supporting Employment & Community Services and Behavioral Health programs.

• Develop tools, templates, workflows, and tracking systems to support compliance.
• Partner with leadership and program teams to integrate CARF standards into daily operations.
• Support mock surveys, readiness activities, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
• Strengthen performance management and compliance systems across programs.
